Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 portions Yunion Wonton noodles
10 Wontons (Please see the Wonton recipe on the website)
4 large slices ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 spring onions (chopped)
5 cups chicken stock
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
2 to 4 heads bok choy (washed and cut into quarters)
Instructions:
Please refer to the Wonton recipe to wrap 10 wontons. When the wontons are ready, it’s time to make the noodle soup!
Heat a large pot of boiling water on high heat. Loosen 2 portions of Yunion Wonton noodles and cook them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Then strain and transfer to a large serving bowl.
In a medium-sized pot, add ginger, garlic and chicken stock. Mix them well then cover and bring it to a boil. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to medium-high and add the wontons. Stir the soup so the wontons do not stick to the bottom of the pot. Boil them for 3 minutes or until they float to the top.
Reduce the heat to medium. Blanch the bok choy in boiling soup for 1 minute or until vibrant green. Remove them from the pot and transfer them to the serving bowl on top of the noodles.
Season the soup with soy sauce and fish sauce and add chopped spring onions.
Place the wontons on top of the noodles and pour the soup over the prepared noodles and veggies. And enjoy!
