Stir Fry Method (Serves one)
INGREDIENTS
1 serving Yunion Yang Chun noodle
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon pork lard
1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook one serve of Yunion Yang Chun noodle in boiling water for 30 seconds. Rinse and drain in cold water until noodles cool.
Boil the chicken broth first. Then add pork lard, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar into a noodle bowl. Stir in the boiled broth.
Add the Yang Chun noodle to the bowl and sprinkle with chopped scallions and a pinch of salt to taste.
