Traditional Yang Chun Noodle Soup Recipe

Stir Fry Method (Serves one)



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving Yunion Yang Chun noodle

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon pork lard

  • 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions

  • salt to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook one serve of Yunion Yang Chun noodle in boiling water for 30 seconds. Rinse and drain in cold water until noodles cool.

  • Boil the chicken broth first. Then add pork lard, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar into a noodle bowl. Stir in the boiled broth.

  • Add the Yang Chun noodle to the bowl and sprinkle with chopped scallions and a pinch of salt to taste.
